A plain, substantial home of comparatively low cost, suitable for rather wide ground, and with a properly treated lawn will be a handsome home. The front arrangement give a spacious effect, the center hall being large enough for a sitting room. The grille across the hall and a neat staircase beyond, with an upholstered seat in the nook, is rich in effect. An elevator for trunks, invalids, etc., is employed. Complete in every detail. Stories are 10 feet and 9 feet 2 inches. Width of house 49 feet over porches. Good cellar. Shingle roof.
