This example is a pretty obvious "plagiarized" copy produced by a local architect, J. E. Tourtellotte & Co. Even the layout follows Barber's published floor plan. it is likely that the original owner approached the local architect with a copy of a Barber publication, asking for "something like this" referring to Barber's CSRE:04.
