Size: 44x66 feet. Story, 12 feet high; studding, 14 feet. Three coats of paint and plaster. Cellar under main part. Bath and kitchen plumbing only. Main rooms finished in hard wood.

The footprint of this example matches the footprint of CSRE:04, perhaps as a two-story version of the later published design in MD2:11. However, this custom design also looks quite similar to MD2:03. Try to find some historical photos to confirm the design attribution.
