In this design the main living and dining room has been given prominence, being large and provided with a nice bay window, thus affording a good view to the front. There is also connected with this room a large closet, with shelves and drawers, which will be found a great convenience. It will be observed that the kitchen, pantry, back stairs, cellar way, bath room and bed room on first floor are all conveniently arranged. The front entrance is unique, and a neat stairway is provided in the hall. the tower is round above the first story and is a very attractive feature. The second-floor arrangement is not less convenient than the first. Interior: Parlor and hall finished in natural oak; living room, cherry or sycamore; bed room, butternut or ash; balance of house painted three-coat work. Plastering, three-coat work, hard finish.
