We here present a design for a brick house, stone trimmings, compact in plan and massive in design. Brick veneering may be used in its exterior walls, which makes an excellent house. The interior finish is estimated for better work than is called for in the notes in first part of book. Merchant’s Spanish copper, or tin tile roofing is used for the covering of the tower roof, and would be well to cover the porch, and even the entire roof with same material. Plan 1 size is 46.5 x 58 feet. Height of first story, 10 feet; second story, 9 feet 2 inches. Plan 2 size is 49.5 x 63.5 feet. Height of first story, 10.5 feet; second story, 10 feet.
