The first page, titled "Ones That Got Away", shows an interactive collection of all the Barber designed homes and buildings that have been lost over the years. Many of these examples were previously undiscovered or undocumented. Most of the homes and buildings documented on this page feature old or historic photos that capture the architecture before modern renovations altered their original appearance.
The second page, titled "The Map", provides an interactive web-based map locating and identifying all Barber designed buildings documented by this research. The filters can be used to display buildings based upon attributes like location: (state, county, city or town, and street name), original owner's surname and occupation, year of construction, published design reference, etc. Also included with your premium content subscription, is the ability to use Waze or Google navigation to guide you to the home or building of interest, so you see and experience these architectural gems in person, if you wish.
